“Vulture,” a Thrilling New Film, Exposes the Dark Hypocrisy of the Hip Hop Music Industry.

Nationwide — Uprise Films announces the release of Vulture, a thrilling new film that exposes the dark underbelly and hypocrisy of the Hip Hop music industry that will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.

The film is a dark comedy directed by Jim Bo, available nationwide on Vimeo. The tale promises to captivate audiences with its compelling story and unforgettable performances.

In Vulture, a gifted, young, black female music executive seeks to destroy the record label responsible for her father’s death, but her world gets complicated when she’s lured into the dark underworld of the Music Business. Packed with heartfelt moments, and stunning criticisms of the black experience in the music industry by Writer & Director Jim Bo, the film also explores themes of resilience and redemption.

“The movie takes a vivid look at the current state of affairs in Hip Hop music industry and who’s behind the curtain pushing certain narratives that we see flooding black music,” said Writer & Director Jim Bo. The process of making this movie was truly an out-of-body experience even through the gut-wrenching content of the movie.

Vulture is available on Vimeo, bringing this film to a global audience.
