President-Elect Donald Trump Offers Millions for a Black Girl’s Hair, Sparks Mixed Reactions

Nationwide — A video of President-elect Donald Trump offering “millions” to buy a young African American girl’s hair during a golf outing in West Palm Beach, Florida, has recently gone viral.

The clip posted on X, filmed while Trump was driving a golf cart, shows him complimenting the girl’s hair, saying, “Oh, I love that girl. I love that hair. I want her hair. Can I buy your hair? I’ll pay you millions for that.”

The girl responded that she voted for him, and Trump playfully replied, “I voted for you too.” He then invited the girl, whom he described as “beautiful,” to join him on his golf cart for a photo.

The moment quickly captured the attention of onlookers who were heard laughing from the video. One onlooker noted the girl now had a memorable story about golfing with Trump.

However, the video has sparked mixed reactions online, according to NDTV. Some people found it uncomfortable, with some even calling it racist, while others thought it was a fun, playful exchange.

One person wrote, “Imagine calling him racist when Trump is complimenting this beautiful young black girl’s hair. This is why people love Trump. He’s human just like the rest of us and has a heart.”

However, others criticized Trump, saying the comment was inappropriate. Another person commented, “This is so creepy and weird. A grown man yells out that he wants to buy a young girl’s hair. That’s weird, joking or not.”
