Black Female Entrepreneur and Investor Giving Away Free Land in Ghana and Helping Diasporans Repatriate

Nationwide — Dawn Dickson, a visionary African American female entrepreneur and investor, has made a bold move to Ghana, spearheading a remarkable initiative to help diasporans purchase land and build homes in the picturesque Asebu Pan African Village, located in the Central Region of Ghana. Since May, Dawn has already assisted over 30 individuals in their journey to own plots in this vibrant community, fostering cultural understanding and community development.

Dawn’s mission goes beyond merely facilitating land acquisition; she aims to be a bridge between Black Americans and Africans, fostering connections and nurturing a sense of unity and togetherness. Her passion for building community and cultural understanding is reflected in her dedication to empowering diasporans and supporting them in their journey of reconnecting with their roots.

The Asebu Pan African Village, with its breathtaking landscapes and rich cultural heritage, provides an idyllic backdrop for diasporans to establish their homes and create a vibrant community. In 2019 to commemorate the ‘Year of Return’ Asebu chief of the village XXXXXX allocated 5,000 acres of land for diasporans over the next few decades. The community is growing fast with over 600 people acquiring land in the area so far. Dawn Dickson’s guidance and expertise have been instrumental in helping individuals navigate the process of land purchase, ensuring that their dreams of building homes become a reality.

In her relentless pursuit of community empowerment, Dawn has launched an exciting raffle to raise funds for the Asebu Pan African Village. By purchasing a ticket for just $25, participants have a chance to win a free plot of land, valued at $2,500, with all administration fees covered. This generous offering not only provides an opportunity for someone to secure their own piece of paradise but also contributes directly to the development and growth of this remarkable community resource. The land giveaway runs through July, tickets are one for $25 and four for $75.

Dawn’s commitment to sustainable and inclusive development is evident in every aspect of her work. By facilitating land ownership and home building, she not only fosters economic empowerment but also supports local communities by creating job opportunities and driving economic growth in the region.

The Asebu Pan African Village is poised to become a thriving and vibrant community, where diasporans can reconnect with their roots, embrace their heritage, and build a brighter future. With Dawn Dickson, and countless others combining forces, this remarkable vision is steadily transforming into a reality.
