Black Entrepreneur, Shoe Boutique Owner Launches New Luxury Accessories Line

Nationwide — A new, Black woman-owned luxury boutique, Laurice Noire has officially launched and its owner, Shannon Ashmore-McMath, a Grand Rapids, Michigan native, has decided to expand her business portfolio (which includes online shoe boutique, Low Heel No Heel) to delve into other women’s accessories. Her luxury line sells handbags, sunglasses, belts, jewelry, and more.

“Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved handbags and accessories. I wanted to design a line that was classic, yet unique. Handbags and other items that could be used for the office, a night out the town, and for everything in between.” Shannon describes the lines as “attainable luxury,” as the line contains genuine leather and high-quality fashion accessories for a fraction of the cost of major designers.

Shannon continues, “The name ‘Laurice’ is a name that has been used in my family for generations. ‘Noire’ is to signify that this is a Black-Owned company. Each product sold on the website is named after a person or place that has made a significant impact in my life. I have spent the past year and a half working on this new line and I am really excited for our grand opening!”

The website, LauriceNoire.com, officially launched on November 25. To celebrate the Grand Opening, all products (including sale items) are eligible for an additional 20% off with code BLACKFRIDAY20 until Monday December 3, 2024.
