Jay-Z took King on a tour of the “The Book of HOV” exhibit at the Brooklyn Public Library, an exhibit honoring the billionaire’s body of work, including his original master recordings, and paying homage to his business ventures and efforts toward reform of the criminal justice system.
During the interview, according to People, Carter called his music the “blueprint to his life.” “Everything that I said was going to happen, happened,” the rapper and producer said.
“Everything that I said I wanted to do, I’ve done, and there’s the blueprint. The blueprint — literally — to me and my life and my journey is there already.”
The question of which choice people would make often sparks debates between fans on social media. A fan can be heard on video approaching Jay-Z, saying he would take the money but still respects him.
