3rd Annual African Most Beautiful USA Pageant Highlights Young Women from All Parts of the African Continent

Nationwide — The 3rd annual African Most Beautiful USA (AMBUSA) pageant will be held this year on July 29th at the Claridge Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and will be sponsored by the Abrofrem Area Foundation, Inc. (AAF), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization is sponsoring the pageant.

The pageant was created in 2021 by AAF with the goal of celebrating the diversity and beauty of young women from all parts of the African continent in the USA. It gives these women the opportunity to participate in a celebratory event as beauty pageant contestants and helps to transform them into successful women that will give back to society. The pageant also raises funds to provide assistance to impoverished African villages.

AAF is the brainchild of Nana Obaahemaa Nkrumah Akousa Adasa III, a Ghanian American whose desire is to provide access to food, employment, education and medical needs in the village of Abofrem, her original hometown located in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, as well as other surrounding villages in Ghana and other African nations.

In January 2022, the foundation dedicated a clinic that opened to the public offering various medical services including regular physical exams, vaccinations, and gynecological/obstetrics assistance.
